Services

DEAL MAKING

We’ve spent decades at the negotiating table for creators and brands, translating goals into terms that actually hold up. Expect practical guidance, sharp redlines, and calm deal leadership—from first term sheet to final signature—so you can close faster and keep control of what you’re building.

STRATEGIC ADVICE

Whether you run a music venue, release music, manage a catalog, or build a brand around content, we help you protect value and reduce risk. We provide business-first guidance on IP strategy, compliance, ticketing and event policies, licensing and monetization, royalty structures, clearances, and brand partnerships—backed by practical copyright and trademark protection.

ENFORCEMENT & LITIGATION

When your work is used without permission, timing and leverage matter. We represent photographers, visual artists, and music creators in copyright enforcement and litigation—moving efficiently from investigation and demand through negotiation, takedowns, and, when necessary, focused courtroom advocacy to protect rights and recover value.

This work is personal—I’m a working musician too. Creating matters to me as much as protecting creative rights, and I bring that perspective to every client. Listen to Flyjack on Spotify.
